If acting as your agent, Property Systems Agents will work actively on your behalf.  We are your consultant as much, if not more, as we are your sales representative.  

Property Systems Agents will strongly encourage you to have your home inspected by a qualified, competent inspector. We can help you decide what is customarily repaired and what is not.

Property Systems Agents know which lenders have the best rates and the best service. You don't want your closing delayed or cancelled due to a non-performing loan agent who can't get you qualified for your loan.  In most cases we will be able to save you additional money simply by helping you locate the best financing in the city.

Property Systems Agents utilize the Georgia Association of Realtors contracts (GAR) available and know how to write use them. Often sellers take more seriously the buyer with a professional, computer generated contract over a buyer with a sloppy handwritten offer. Our agents know the ins and outs of the contracts, and we know what can be changed to your advantage...and we don't hesitate to do so.
