In Georgia, an agent can represent either the seller or the buyer.  If you are buying a home, you should insist your agent represent you and you alone.  In Georgia, "dual agency" is permitted but not recommended.  In this scenario the agent represents both the seller and buyer.  We do not believe this can be truly done.
