Property Systems
is a full service real
estate brokerage founded and established in 1976 by Richard Uberto and
Fred Freyer. The company, which at that time specialized in raw land,
utilized sophisticated computer systems to track and target parcels of
land for developers. In the mid
1980's the company expanded into commercial and residential
brokerage.
We are experienced in all aspects of residential real estate including corporate relocation. Property Systems is committed to providing professional service normally not found in residential real estate. Property Systems is a member of the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and the Atlanta Board of Realtors. Fred Freyer, one of the founders, is a past president of the Atlanta Board of Realtors. We are actively recruiting agents and
